It was kind of BMW to write back, they were the only ones to do so. But no one sees my vision.

But we're both German, so I don't see why it can't just be one Deutchebruder helping another Deutchebruder out. I mean come on guys, where is the love. I can make their Chitty Chitty Bang Bang into Chitty Chitty Bling Bling.

So why don't we have flying cars?

Yes there is risk involved, but there's also risk in driving a regular car, or flying a regular plane. Why should this be any different?

Think of the benefits.

With a flying car, I could make more trips to the grocery store, I live in the desert after all.

You could make a day trip someplace 1,000 miles away and be home for din din. The only traffic you will have to worry about is other flying cars and falling meteors.

The next time you are stuck in traffic, you can just take off and leave that mess.

What could be better than a flying car?

What could you possibly put in a car to make it better than the ability to fly? Can anyone really do anything else? What do you all think? Nothing can beat the flying car.

ITS ALIVE

For years the government has denied the existence of UFO’s, time travel, and me, Dr. Wolfgang Dieter Herzog, inventor of the flying car. Using parts from my neighbors car (please don’t tell) I am in the process of inventing the world’s first flying car, that actually flies.

It won’t be another hop, skip and crash doohickey that never makes it past the testing stage, this is for real. I contacted many auto makers to help fund this operation including Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, VW, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Ferrarri. All turned me down, saying that such a venture was silly and hair brained. If Honda can make a stupid robot to headline their technology, why not have something people will want, the gift of flight in a luxury sedan. Well I was determined to do this and was able to finagle a few government grants, but I’m mainly funding this with my inheritance from my parents animal hormone factory.

Its really a breakthrough as far as I’m concerned, at least it will be. It all started when I was stuck in gridlock one afternoon, I could see my exit a mile away and I thought “Wolfgang what are you doing here? You are stuck in this Autobahnschlechter. If only I could spread my wings and fly.”

The first step in creating the flying car is forgetting about everything standard in regular car, because this is not regular car mind you.

The conversion from road to air needs to be fluid and quick. I am at the cusp of a new reality where people aren’t constrained by roads. Birds won’t have a target anymore, we will be the ones they’ll have to worry about.
